Your Nutrition Coach

Lisa Stein has been an integral part of the Deep2Peak Team since 2017, offering 1:1 Personal Training, Strength Endurance Group Fitness Classes, Zoom Training, Triathlon Coaching and Program Design, and Nutrition Assessments and Coaching. Competing in multiple Ironman and Ultramarathon races, Lisa has experienced and witnessed firsthand the importance of proper nutrition—her athletic journey led her to become a Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Lisa's unique position of being a nutrition coach, personal trainer, and endurance athlete make her ideal for people looking to accomplish their overall health goals and create personalized nutrition plans.
