Suite #159: Gym Space, Studio Space and Office Room // Classes, Assessments, Personal Training, Blend Sessions, & Physical Therapy as well as some Massage appointments.
Easiest way to find us is to park in the back of the parking lot and walk up the alleyway behind the building. Look for the big tire and ice tub on your right, and our blue gym door on the left.
Suite #155: Massage Room // Most Massage and Treatment appointments
Enter the front of the building by Veg Out or Wailuku Coffee Company. Turn left in the main hallway and look for the Deep Relief // Peak Performance window stickers. The massage room is the last room on your right before the building stairs. If you enter the side of the building near the green picnic tables, our massage room is the first door on your left.
