Zoom Camp

For athletes and individuals with a goal and specific time frame, each Zoom Camp includes 4 week of custom program design with 1 online personal training and 1 zoom class per week. Have confidence that you are preparing for your event with a custom, periodized training plan and classes to fit your program for the week.


Zoom Personal Training

Ready for an individualized exercise program? We'll work with whatever equipment you have to make sure you're working just as hard at home as you do in the gym.

Zoom Home Gym Class

Bring out your Bosu Ball, TRX, Medicine Ball, Free Weights, and a loop band as Lisa leads a one-hour class focused on strength, balance and functional movement. Intermediate and Advanced!

Zoom Nutrition Coaching

A free, 15-minute introductory phone call is the best place to start your nutrition journey. Our goal for this session is to learn about your wellness and lifestyle goals and, if indicated, help you create a food journal to be prepared for your initial Nutrition Program Design.



Zoom Injury Rehabilitation

Unsure if you're ready for full-on home strength training? Start with our 60min Injury Rehabilitation sessions with a therapist to zero in on movement patterns and work your way back to 100%.
