A Deep Relief Treatment is a unique combination of manual therapies including Active Release Technique, Myofascial Release, Muscle Testing and Activation, and the Kinesiotaping method to relieve pain and resolve chronic injury patterns. Your therapist will evaluate your condition while releasing and re-educating muscle and fascia, allowing your body to perform at its highest potential.
“Deep Relief Treatments have been very helpful for me and many of my clients to alleviate both chronic and acute soft tissue injuries. Addressing muscular imbalances works to correct poor postural and movement habits. The Deep Relief protocol is appropriate for the seasoned athlete and special populations dealing with muscular/ myofascial pain. I refer all my clients to Deep Relief because of the expertise and high level of professionalism."

Kinesiotaping, developed by Dr. Kenzo Kase of Japan, is used to support injured muscles and joints and regulate lymphatic flow. This brightly-colored athletic tape lifts skin and fascia to create lymphatic channels that rapidly reduce swelling. Kinesiotaping can be used all the way through the healing process, decreasing pain and increasing strength and range of motion for many acute and chronic injuries. It lasts for 2-5 days and can be worn during athletic activity and in the water.
