Assessment and Program Design

 

Begin with an introductory session to discuss your health history and lifestyle goals.  Our functional movement assessment helps your trainer zero in on movement pattern disruptions and possible injury predispositions, while developing a timeline for change.

 

Finish your session with a plan for the future… your trainer will help you set measurable, achievable goals and implement a plan based around your schedule and budget.

Power Camp

Pick a goal and a set amount of time, and let us do the rest.  Personalized, periodized program design complete with athlete monitoring, daily workout plans, nutritional support, competition-focused coaching, and monthly massage or treatments.

 

Personal Training Sessions

Jump-start your wellness journey with one-on-one personal training sessions designed to challenge and excite while keeping you safe and supported. We recommend the 10-pack for clients looking to train for a specific athletic endeavor, combat chronic pain, alter body composition, or develop a home stabilization routine.

 

Small Group Training

Grab a friend (or two) for focused, fun personal training at your level on your schedule.

 

Group Classes

Classes bring together 2-10 athletes and active individuals training together to chase their individual goals. Drop-ins welcome… sign up online to reserve your spot!

 

Supervised Workouts

Perfect for our self-motivated clients, open gym times are available for workouts on your own or to make up missed classes.

Rehab is more fun when you do it with friends! Programs for knees, shoulders, low back pain and more.  Prerequisite: Assessment and Program Design

 

Grom Camp (Ages 10-15)

For serious (and not-so-serious) surfers and athletes.

We focus on posture and alignment, flexibility, and good form in many sport-specific exercises.

Plus fun and jumps all around!

 

Mini-Grom Camp (Ages 6-9)

For your little menehunes ready to get going in the gym, we encourage tactile sensory input, posture correction, and good form in jumping, climbing, swinging, and all things crazy.

 

Winter Power Prep

(September/October)

Developed for our top surfers to start winter feeling indestructible, Winter Power Prep is the perfect way to prime your body for long stretches of amazing surf, deep powder, or whatever winter brings!

 

Winter Power Camp

(November/March)

Stay up with this lower volume camp, emphasizing core strength, agility, power, and activation.

Your body will feel strong and rested for those good days!

 

Spring Training Base Camp

(April/May)

Our top athletes know they feel better and stay healthier longer when they have a good base under their belts. That's why we developed our Spring Training Base Camp... a four-week strength and cardio building block that will keep you accountable and prime your body for whatever comes your way... all year long.

 

Summer Power Camp

(June/August)

Hit your peak this summer at Power Camp!  We'll train for max jumps, slams, pulls, and presses.

Recommended prerequisite: Spring Training Base Camp
